ÉCOLUMINIS is an ideal living environment to relax in silence, to share moments with friends or family or to enjoy your favorite sports activities that are found in abundance in the city of Mont-Tremblant. In short, to enjoy all the advantages of village life, the proximity of shops, while being isolated in a haven of peace.
ECOLUMINIS results in the construction of 4 buildings, for a total of 12 units. The first ecological condos in Tremblant, ÉCOLUMINIS offers units ranging from 900 to 1200 sqaure foot, with 2 or 3 bedrooms. This project combines both an ecological and design perspective.
The ÉCOLUMINIS condos are also an optimized home designed with a modern, original and dynamic design. Condos located on the edge of the forest, on the side of the mountain enjoying a clear view, without vis-à-vis.

It is an ecological project, but above all it makes sense. The exceptional energy performance is based mainly on the well insulated and extremely waterproof building envelope, the triple-glazed windows, the South orientation and the performance of the VRE. Maintenance is therefore minimal and performance is stable, as it is not based on complex mechanical systems that require rigorous maintenance. A high-performance envelope will also reduce heat loss in winter and, as a result, increase occupant comfort.
