Our construction details include the near-total elimination of thermal bridges, advanced airtightness strategies, and superior moisture management, elements often missing from standard plans.
How is the actual performance of Belvedair's projects validated?
The quality of an eco-friendly home should not rely on promises, but on measured data. For each of its achievements, Belvedair applies a strict quality assurance protocol. Blower door (infiltrometry) tests are performed during construction to measure actual airtightness and locate any thermal leaks before walls are closed. Furthermore, Novoclimat certification involves an independent government-mandated evaluator who inspects and validates that the envelope and mechanical systems surpass current building code requirements.
