JULIE AND ÉTIENNE
Julie and Etienne contacted us because they wanted to completely renovate their cottage in Montcalm. To have a new cottage that would be durable, energy efficient and that they could pass on to their children.
Together, we designed a chalet that would be up to date and, above all, meet their current and future needs.
Brightness while enjoying the view of the lake, these are the guidelines that guided the design of this beautiful cottage. A chalet with a more contemporary look, mixing dark red siding and natural wood, which will blend perfectly with the colors of the Indian summer.

On the first floor of this cottage, the comfortable living areas have access to a large terrace with a panoramic view of the lake. On the same floor, there is also a bedroom and its complete bathroom, the mechanical room and a large functional entrance. On the second floor, the master bedroom has a special place, as it enjoys a view of the lake, and has its own covered balcony and a full bathroom. Another bedroom completes this floor, with a boudoir area and a multipurpose room.
It was a real pleasure to work with Julie and Etienne to create a brand new living environment for them. Sustainability, energy efficiency, and the use of healthy materials allowed us to obtain Novoclimat certification and make this cottage comfortable for the whole family!
