A functional and thoughtful ecological home built for the very long term.
The property owners wish to remain in this house throughout their life. So, we had to think about how it would evolve with them and answer their growing needs in terms of comfort and functionality.
We created a home with a lot of storage, ergonomic spaces and ways to make the space evolve. The project was a turnkey construction.
The ground floor (948 square foot) has a large living area as well as a discreet office space set up behind sliding doors. The three-season veranda offers an immersive view of the surrounding nature and a space to come and enjoy the sunny days.
The walk-out basement (948 square foot) takes advantage of the steep terrain. Bathroom, storage and mechanical space are arranged on the north side, nested in the mountain. On the south side, three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms form a spacious and functional area with abundant windows.

The space under the veranda is used as a large insulated storage area (290 square foot). The car shelter and the integrated shed (180 square foot) complete this house which is designed to live comfortably for a long time.
Located in Bromont, this house is part of the region’s built and landscape heritage. The home is designed in the traditional style with more contemporary and refined touches.
